1. Online Payment Refunds

If an online payment fails but the amount is debited from your bank account, the payment gateway will automatically refund the amount to the original source account within 5–7 working days.

2. Fee Refund Policy

• Fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
• Refund requests for student withdrawal must be submitted in writing to the school office.
• Refund eligibility and the refundable amount will be decided according to the school's refund policy.
• Approved refunds may take 15–30 working days to process.

3. Payment Cancellation

Once a payment has been successfully initiated, it cannot be cancelled. If you experience any payment-related issues, please contact the school office immediately with your transaction details.

4. Dispute Resolution

For any payment disputes or concerns, please visit the school office with your payment receipt and transaction details. The school will investigate the matter and attempt to resolve it within 7–10 working days.
