• Report any unauthorized access to the school office immediately.
• Pay fees on or before the due date to avoid late payment charges.

3. Payment Terms

• All payments are subject to verification and confirmation.
• Online payments are processed through secure banking partners.
• Applicable transaction charges, if any, will be displayed before payment.
• Payment receipts are generated automatically after successful payment.

4. Limitation of Liability

Red Rose Convent School shall not be liable for payment failures, delays, or interruptions caused by banking networks, internet connectivity, payment gateways, or circumstances beyond the school's control. In such cases, please contact the school office with your transaction details.

5. Modifications
